All sales are final. Refunds will not be granted. Exchanges will be accepted only for sizing issues or defective garments. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package if you wish to exchange an item. Exchanged items must be brand new and returned in the proper packaging.
Within 7 Days of Purchase
HypeStance will accept exchanges of unwashed, unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise. An eligible exchange must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your returned item is received and it’s inspected, we will send you a notification via email to notify you that your exchange is being processed.
Items will only be exchanged if they have major defects, are damaged or flat out do not fit.
To have an exchange for the same item please include your receipt and a brief note describing what you would like to exchange item for.
To exchange for an item that is different from your original purchase, please check availability first. Simply add the item to our online store cart to check for availability in your size. Then send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request so we can hold the item for you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any shipping costs are non-refundable. If possible please use a trackable shipping service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s. We recommend this for orders or items in excess of $50.
